Shipments outside of the U.S. will be subject to import duties and taxes (wherever applicable), which will be the responsibility of the client. Since import duties and taxes do vary from country to country, and they are calculations based on what was ordered, we will not be able to provide an estimated cost for international shipment. Please contact your local customs office for applicable charges and more information. Free ground shipping is not valid on international shipments.
If you are not pleased with your purchase, merchandise can be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit. All products must be returned with all hangtags affixed and in perfect condition to ensure full credit. We do not accept returns on merchandise that have been worn. Please be extremely careful when handling merchandise that you intend to return to our client service department. We recommend unpacking the bags carefully, and avoid any scuffs or any markings.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
- All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The merchandise must be in saleable condition with tickets attached.
- The merchandise must be in original packaging, undamaged in saleable condition. requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 5 days of receipt of your sales date.
All returns must be approved and accompanied with a RMA number. For your convenience, we have included a return merchandise agreement form in your myLAND account. Simply login and complete the form and one of our Client Services Specialist will contact to further assist you with your returns. All return shipping will be handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS). A pre-paid United States Postal Service (USPS) return label will be mailed to you, simply complete your name and address and affix the return label to the outside of your package. Please keep a copy of the return label for your records to assist you in tracking your shipment. If you use the shipping original packaging make sure to black out or cover any original shipping information to avoid any confusion. Your return package can be dropped off at any US Post Office, or you can give your returns to your USPS carrier. A fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your return.
Shipping & Handling costs are non-refundable. We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or if the item sent was received damaged. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Online Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted with a completed return form. To start the process, just click here, and then click on "View Order" and on the following page click on the "Return or Exchange Items" link. Follow the easy steps, print the final page and include it in your return box.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. We suggest you use the return labels we provide and carefully follow the return instructions provided. Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will be notified via e-mail to the address listed on your order when this transaction has been completed. The credit may not appear on your credit card statement until the next monthly billing cycle. If a debit card was used for the transaction, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after receiving the credit information from us.
All returns and exchanges must be mailed to the address on our return form and you must use our return form to properly process your return/exchange. Please know that gift returns can only be credited back to the original purchaser's credit card.

All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
To cancel or change order you recently completed, simply login to your myLAND account log in and then click "cancel order." If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact our Client Services Department as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Not all purchases are tax free, we adhere to all state the that levy taxes on internet purchases, at checkout we will enforce this rule accordingly.
