We offer free and easy returns for items in unused condition (i.e., original tags, unworn, original packaging) within 30 days of your order being shipped.* Certain exclusions and exceptions apply. How do I return or exchange my order?
To start a return, please click the "Start My Return" button below and follow the prompts, then mail your package back to us using our prepaid label. We'll let you know via email once your return has been processed.
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and perform a quality check to ensure it meets our conditions stated in our Return Policy. After inspection, we'll send you an email once your return has been processed.
Returns can take up to 7 business days to be processed. Processing timeframes may vary on the time of the year. Refunds to your original form of payment can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your account while store credits reflect instantly in your online account with us.
Need an exchange? Please request a return and select "store credit" as the refund method. This will give you free return shipping and you can use the store credit to then place the new order.
What is your return policy?
Our Return Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly through our online store. Products purchased through any other retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s return policy.
Returns are 100% free when the refund method selected is "Store Credit". If not, a one time fee will be deducted from your refund amount for a pre-paid label.

- Boxes under 2 lbs: $12.95
- Boxes over 2 lbs: $24.95
FINAL SALE ITEMS: SOLD AS-IS; NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
- Gifts cards cannot be returned.
- Refunds selected as store credit are eligible for free return shipping.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and plastic/cotton bag packaging to avoid any restocking fees.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customized? It's yours. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale.
- Items customized with a hangtag can be returned but the customization charge is non-refundable.
- When purchasing a bundle or BOGO offer and requesting a return for one of the items, the refund will be minus the bundle discount offered leaving the remaining item(s) at full price.
- We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of any return we receive that arrives without a return authorization.
- LAND Leather may refuse any request for an exchange or refund if, in LAND Leather’s sole discretion, LAND Leather suspects fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or other manipulative behavior.
LAND Leather reserves the right to modify its return policy at any time.

Do you offer free returns?
We do! Select "Refund to store credit" as your refund resolution and we will provide you with a free pre-paid return shipping label. (Continental US only)
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange your item(s), please submit as a return, select store credit as the refund method and ship back the item to us for free. Once we process your return you can place the new order using the store credit.
How do I return a gift?
You have 30 days from when the gift is shipped to request a return. Gift returns must still meet our standard return qualifications and can be issued in two ways: 1.) As a store credit in the form of an online gift card, or 2.) A refund to the original payment method.
Can I return something I purchased in store?
Should you wish to return an item that was purchased through one of our valued retailers, please contact the store you made the purchase at directly to set up an exchange or return.
My return shows as delivered but I have not received my refund.
Please give our team up to 7 business days to process your return. Once processed, you'll receive an email notifying you.
Is there a Holiday Gift Return Period?
Purchases made after November 17, 2025 will be eligible for return, exchange or store credit through January 31, 2026.
Gift returns must still meet our standard return qualifications.
What about price adjustments?
We offer a one-time price adjustment on full price merchandise within 7 days of the date of purchase in the form of a gift card. Marked down and sale merchandise are not eligible for any price adjustments.
Are there any final sale items?
All gift cards, special orders, customized merchandise and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
What is your policy for international returns?
Please click on the link above and complete your return request. We do not provide pre-paid or free returns for international orders so you are free to use the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service and insuring for the full value of the package. LAND Leather Goods is not responsible for any lost or misplaced packages.
