I have two 8220 bags ,one black and the other tan.i bought them 2012 and 2014.I use your leather care on them. The Apple brand.
The tan bag has faded from its rich dark tan to a pale colour. What can I do to restore its colour?

Hi Rodney! We no longer sell the Apple Leather Cleaner and instead have our very own branded cleaner that is designed specifically for our products. While cleaning and conditioning will certainly help keep the look and feel of your leather good; fading is a normal occurrence for leather especially over a period of time.

This has ben my 2nd day bag. I love it except the slot for the phone is too small.
Feels very high end - smooth leather, sturdy zippers, many storage areas. Lining is sturdy, not the thin satiny stuff on cheap knockoffs. I hadn't even thought about putting my ipad into it, but my ipad mini fits beautifully in a pocket that looks like it was made just for that purpose.
The only recommendations for changes I have are to make the shoulder strap slightly wider for comfort and longer for those of us long bodied gals that want to wear it cross-body. Otherwise - perfect and a life long present to myself.

I love this bag for the pockets and organization, as well as the quality. I knew there was a chance that it would not have the map lining but I didn't know how much I wanted that feature until I received the bag without it. It is the only reason for 4 stars - I think the lining is what makes it stand out.
It is good quality, but didn't realize it was as big as it is. When ordering I was looking for something half that size.
