A zippered center compartment handles main duties and a front zippered compartment that features an organizational panel allows you to store your mobile phone, credit or business cards and two pens. The two handles and the shoulder strap D rings are all double stitched for durability. On the rear you will find an additional zippered pocket in addition to a built in luggage slip through system to attach to your wheeled luggage for your trek through the airport. A classic, simply design catered to allow you to get the most out of a slim briefcase.

Of course service and product presentation is always good. But I love this brief because if you normally just keep a laptop or tablet and your letter pad then this is great, with space to spare. Very sleek and has enough compartments for multi-function. You won't need to walk with a hand bag AND the brief necessarily as it can hold all what you need. The quality is excellent as usual.
I really liked the bag. The only thing I disliked was the intitials, it wasn’t as big or bold as I thought it would be. Otherwise it was really nice.

I have this exact briefcase which I have been using for the past 4 years. I absolutely love it. However the clasp on the shoulder strap broke yesterday without warning and with my normal contents in the brief case which is a 15” Microsoft Surface laptop computer and an envelope with documents. Is this covered under the lifetime warranty? If not, how can I get it repaired or a replacement shoulder strap?
