Love and Hate. Bag is almost everything they say it is. Great leather l, materials, craftsmanship. Ok, my complaint. Hate that there is no padding between laptop area and general area. A thin material which will easily tear if something pointed gets to it.. besides laptop being up against whatever you pack. I ripped out the pad from my previous cheap bag and....well u see.. hate that I need to do this. If had padding there . Perfect but it doesn't so in makes me be cautious where I shouldn't.

Good quality leather
I haven't owned a backpack since college, so I thought I'd vary the briefcase routine with an over-the-shoulder bag. The Odyssey is an excellent choice for those in search of a stylish yet incredibly functional backpack. The leather is of typically excellent quality (I own a bunch of Land products) and beautifully crafted. Generously padded should straps make it a joy to wear. Four separate zippered compartments with loops for a luggage lock on the main padded compartment where I keep the laptop. An organizational panel in the front pocket holds my pens, business cards and a portable charger. There's also a pocket for a smartphone. The middle compartment afords enough room to carry a change of clothes for an overnighter. Compartments for a water bottle on both sides of the pack mean you'll never go thirsty. This is a great bag. And I say again: the leather is beautiful and pleasing to the touch.
