We only use the best - 100% natural full-grain and top-grain aniline dyed leather. The majority of our leathers are vegetable tanned and is what gives some of our items that soft and durable characteristic finish. In our quest of being environmentally friendly, we are actively changing our tanning methods to all vegetable tanned leathers.

We always strive for consistency in our products. With that in mind, please understand you are purchasing a handmade product that might have slight and unique variations. From the stitching to the placement of snaps and rivets, our leather goods are all unique and one of kind.

As with any natural product, you can expect our leathers to have unique characteristics as well. From small scratches to differences in color tones, we believe these variations help in enhancing the beauty of your leather goods.

We do! For a small charge, you can permanently put your personal touch on your leather good. You can easily add it to your order via the product page for any item that allows monogramming. Please see below to learn more about having your LAND Leather good monogrammed.

Monogramming:
A.) Returns and Exchange: Monogrammed and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

B.) Shipping and Delivery: Your order will be shipped once the monogrammed item(s) are complete. Please allow us an additional 24 hours for delivery of monogrammed and personalized orders.

C.) Monogramming Customer Service: If you need any help with adding this service to your order, please email us or call us at +1 (305) 594-2260 for assistance.

We can accommodate up to three characters on your item - capital letters and numbers only. Currently we do not offer a selection of fonts or special characters. Our team members use their professional opinion and expertise when placing the monogram on your leather good.

We offer a "no non-sense" lifetime guarantee that covers any and all manufacturing defects. There is no catch. We don't need to see your proof of purchase. We don't need you to be the original owner. We just need you to be a customer. We're in this for the long haul.

Our guarantee is valid on your LAND Leather good regardless of who originally bought it or who it's handed down to. We absolutely love to see our leather goods passed down from generation to generation.

All warranty related repairs include a free cleaning and conditioning.

For quality control reasons, our leather goods are repaired by the same artisans that produce them at our factories in Colombia. We have made great strides in lowering our repair times but the logistical aspect does still play a role. Please allow us 4-6 weeks to repair your leather good.

SHIPPING

Our shipping fees are based directly on UPS and USPS rates calculated by the weight of your item(s) purchased and the shipping destination zip code.

We offer free shipping to select locations. Please visit our shipping page to learn more about our shipping policies.

We strive to pack and ship orders that are placed prior to 12:00pm EST on the same business day; all orders placed thereafter will be processed the following business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Orders are processed and delivered on business days. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please add order processing time (same day or next business day) together with the time indicated on your preferred shipping method (i.e. Ground, 2-Day, Overnight). We are not responsible for unanticipated carrier delays.

Please allow an additional 24 hours for monogrammed items.

International shipping is available for select countries. We proudly use UPS to ship all qualifying international orders.

Please note delivery times can vary. All and any applicable duties and taxes for international orders must be paid for by the recipient, and will be billed by the delivering carrier. These costs are not calculated, determined by or charged by LAND Leather, are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Please contact your local shipping company for more information about the costs of ordering from the U.S.

We do not ship to multiple addresses.

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen. If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it the next few hours.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the delivery carrier but cannot be found.

If the address is a freight forwarder or the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

ONLINE ORDERING

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for every order placed through our online store. Also, your credit card information is never stored on our database.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so that you can track your package.

Your method of payment is charged as soon as you submit your order.

We do this occasionally for your security. We do monitor fraudulent attempts on our website and should something look off, we will call you or e-mail you to confirm your information and make sure it is not a fraudulent transaction.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us right away. We try to get orders processed and shipped as quick as possible and once your order enters the shipping process, we are not able to change or cancel it.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Our products are manufactured from the highest quality materials we can make and source. If for some reason you are not happy with your LAND Leather purchase, you have 15 days from when your order is delivered to request a return/exchange. Please visit our return & exchange policy to learn more.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank account.

Please note we have the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%, if the product is not returned in it's original condition, unworn, with all tags.

Gift returns are subject to our return/exchange policy. You have two options for refunding a gift return: 1.) We can issue you an online LAND Leather Goods gift card for the full refund amount, or 2.) we can issue a refund to the original payment method.
