Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours. Please allow an additional business day for monogrammed goods. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
Orders are processed and delivered on business days. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please add order processing time (24-48 hours) together with the time indicated on your preferred shipping method (i.e. Ground, 2-Day, Overnight).
Please note that while we try to fulfill expedited shipping orders as soon as possible, it does not guarantee a quicker processing time.
Our shipping fees are calculated by the weight of your item(s) purchased and the shipping destination zip code.
We do not ship to multiple addresses.
Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen. If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it the next few hours.
If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the delivery carrier but cannot be found.
If the address is a freight forwarder or the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

We can ship to most countries and territories. All applicable rates can be found at the check out page. We proudly use UPS to ship all qualifying international orders.
The shipping cost shown to you at checkout for international shipments include all import duties, taxes and applicable fees. Please note that shipping, taxes, duties and applicable fees are non-refundable. International shipments are sometimes subject to Customs clearance procedures which can cause some delays from the original delivery estimates.
The value of the order will be charged in the currency of the country/region you are billing/shipping to.
Our products are manufactured from the highest quality materials we can make and source. If for some reason you are not happy with your LAND Leather purchase, you have 30 days from when your order is delivered to request a return/exchange. Please visit our return & exchange policy to learn more.
While we are able to offer pre-paid return labels, we do not offer free returns at this time.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank account.
Please note we have the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%, if the product is not returned in it's original condition, unworn, with all tags.
Gift returns are subject to our return/exchange policy. You have two options for refunding a gift return: 1.) We can issue you an online LAND Leather Goods gift card for the full refund amount, or 2.) we can issue a refund to the original payment method.

All items from our Final Sale, Sample Sale and Mis-Monogrammed sections are marked final sale and are non-refundable/exchangeable.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us right away. We try to get orders processed and shipped as quick as possible and once your order enters the shipping process, we are not able to change or cancel it.
