Where are your products manufactured?

For over the last 50 years, our products have exclusively been produced in Colombia, South America. Learn more about our story and why we pick Colombia for our production needs.

Do your goods come with a warranty?

Our products are backed by our Lifetime Guarantee on all manufacturing defects. We do not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Please read more here.


We utilize UPS & USPS to ship out our orders. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Yes, we offer complimentary shipping to select locations. Please visit our shipping page to learn more about our shipping policies.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional business day for monogrammed goods. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Orders are processed and delivered on business days. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please add order processing time together with the time indicated on your preferred shipping method (i.e. 3 Day, 2 Day, 1 Day).

Please note that while we try to fulfill expedited shipping orders as soon as possible, it does not guarantee a quicker processing time.

What are your shipping fees?

We offer flat rate shipping options depending on what items you are ordering. To see what rates are available, head to the checkout page and you will see shipping options you can select from.

My package is lost/stolen. What can I do?

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen. If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it the next few hours.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the delivery carrier but cannot be found.

If the address is a freight forwarder or the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

If you would like to add signature for delivery to your order, please contact us before placing your order.


Do you ship international?

We can ship to most countries and territories. All applicable rates can be found at the check out page. We proudly use UPS to ship all qualifying international orders.

Will I be charged taxes and duties?

Please note that your international purchase may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our site. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our products are manufactured from the highest quality materials we can make and source. If for some reason you are not happy with your LAND Leather purchase, you have 30 days from when your order is delivered to request a return/exchange. Please visit our return & exchange policy to learn more.

Do you offer free returns?

While we are able to offer pre-paid return labels, we do not offer free returns at this time.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank account.

Why was I charged a restocking fee?

Please note we have the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%, if the product is not returned in it's original condition, unworn, with all tags.

Can I return a gift?

Gift returns are subject to our return/exchange policy. You have two options for refunding a gift return: 1.) We can issue you an online LAND Leather Goods gift card for the full refund amount, or 2.) we can issue a refund to the original payment method.

Can I return or exchange an item I bought from your last chance section?

All items from our Final Sale, Sample Sale and Mis-Monogrammed sections are marked final sale and are non-refundable/exchangeable.

I bought something in a store; how can I return/exchange it?

Please contact the authorized dealer from which your purchased your LAND Leather Good to complete your return/exchange.

Online Ordering

Is ordering through your online store secure?

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for every order placed through our online store. Also, your credit card information is never stored on our database.

What payment options can I use?

Please note that Credit Card Gift Cards can only be redeemed for orders less than the full amount available on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment when using a Credit Card Gift Card as one of the forms of payment.

Do you offer financing?

We have teamed up with ShopPay to offer you flexible payment options through our online store available at checkout.

When will I be charged?

Your method of payment is charged as soon as you submit your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us right away. We try to get orders processed and shipped as quick as possible and once your order enters the shipping process, we are not able to change or cancel it.
