Currently we have a number of factories that focus on specific collections for us, primarily found in Colombia as well as in India. We have had the pleasure of working together with these artisans and craftsmen for many, many years and are now considered a part of our LAND family.

We only use the best - 100% natural full-grain and top-grain aniline dyed leather. The majority of our leathers are vegetable tanned and is what gives some of our items that soft and durable characteristic finish.

We do! You can easily add it to your order via the product page for any item that allows embossing. Please see below to learn more about having your LAND item embossed.

A.) Returns and Exchange: Embossed and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

B.) Embossing Shipping and Delivery: Your order will be shipped once the embossed item(s) are complete. Please allow us approximately an additional business day for delivery of embossed and personalized orders.

C.) Embossing Customer Service: If you need any help with adding an embossing service to your order, please message us or call us at (305) 594-2260 for assistance.

We can accommodate up to three characters on your item including capital letters and numbers. Currently we do not offer a selection of fonts or special characters. Larger items will have your initials embossed on a hang tag with a selection of gold foil or blind (no foil). Small leather goods and accessories will have the initials embossed onto the item without the use of foil.

Please note, our items sometimes need to be opened and taken apart depending on the nature of the repair. Please do not send your items in with personal belongings inside of them as we are not responsible should they be misplaced or damaged.

We do this occasionally for your security. We do monitor fraudelnt attempts on our website and should something look off, we will call you or e-mail you to confirm your information and make sure it is not a fraudlent transaction.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to get orders processed and shipped as quick as possible and once your order enters the shipping process, we are not able to change or cancel. We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00 within the continental United States.

We also offer a low flat shipping rate on all orders to Canada, Europe and Australia over $200.00 USD.

We proudly use UPS, DHL, and USPS to ship out orders. Rates are calculated by the weight of the order and the destination zip code.

For orders over $200.00, we require a signature for delivery.

We want to get you your new LAND purchase out to you as soon as possible. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship. Weekend orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours starting the following working day. If your order is placed over a holiday weekend, it will ship within 24-48 hours beginning the following working day. Please allow us an extra business day for embossed and customized items. Please note even with expedited shipping, your order may take 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped. 

To estimate the time it will take your order to arrive, please allow 24-48 hours to process your order, in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method (i.e. UPS Next Day, UPS 2 Day or UPS Ground).

We are not responsible for unanticipated carrier delays.

We are able to ship anywhere in the world proudly using DHL, UPS & USPS so long as they ship to your destination. All and any applicable duties and taxes for international orders must be paid for by the recipient, and will be billed by the delivering carrier.

For customers in Canada, Europe, & Australia, we offer a low flat rate shipping service when your order is over $200.00 USD.

We do not ship to multiple addresses.

Because we ship primarily via UPS, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide us with a physical address or this may delay your order.

Should your item be lost in transit, please contact us. If your order says delivered but you are unable to locate it, we will help you in opening up a claim with the delivery carrier. Please note we are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the delivery carrier but cannot be found. 


You can return an order and we will refund you the order amount minus any shipping charges so that you are able to order the correct item. Exchanges are not accepted on items that are special orders, purchased on sale or customized as these items are final sale. Please visit our returns/exchange policy page to get all the information you need to make your exchange.

We're sorry you didn't like your LAND purchase. We offer a 15 day return policy from the day you receive your order on any merchandise so long as its in its original packaging with tags and in new condition. Keep in mind we do not refund shipping charges from the original order. Please use a shipping service with tracking and also insure the return for it's value. We are not responsible for any lost or mishandled returns due to shipping. Please visit our returns/exchange policy page to get all the information you need to make your return/exchange and to receive an Return Authorization Number. We reserve the right to refuse delivery on packages received without authorization. Refunds can only be applied to original payment method.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card or bank account.

Please note we have the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%, if the product is not returned in it's original condition, unworn, with all tags.
