We ship from our warehouse located in Miami, FL.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to get orders processed and shipped as quick as possible and once your order enters the shipping process, we are not able to change or cancel. 

UNITED STATES & CANADA

We offer reliable, complimentary shipping within the continental United States and to Canada on all orders over $200.00. For orders outside of the continental United States such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and USVI, we offer shipping via the United States Postal Service.

Please note delivery times can vary. All and any applicable duties and taxes for Canadian orders must be paid for by the recipient, and will be billed by the delivering carrier. We require a signature for delivery on all orders over $200.00.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most international destinations and offer a low flat rate shipping option to any European country on qualifying orders over $200.00.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship. Weekend orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours starting the following working day. If your order is placed over a holiday weekend, it will ship within 24-48 hours beginning the following working day. Please allow an extra 24 hours for embossed and customized items. Kindly note that even with expedited shipping, your order may take 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped. 

To estimate the time it will take your order to arrive, please allow 24-48 hours to process your order, in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method (i.e. UPS Next Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS Ground or Free Shipping).

We are not responsible for unanticipated carrier delays.

PACKAGING

Your LAND Leather item will arrive packaged in our complimentary cotton dust bag. Smaller items will arrive in a complimentary storage box. Your item will be securely shipped in an unmarked shipping box, to ensure it doesn't receive any unwanted attention.

LOST PACKAGES

Should your item be lost in transit, please contact us. If your order says delivered but you are unable to locate it, we will help you in opening up a claim with the delivery carrier. Please note we are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the delivery carrier but cannot be found. 

COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

- We ship to PO boxes via USPS. Please note if you select UPS and your shipping address is to a PO box, we will automatically ship via USPS and credit you back the difference in shipping charges. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please provide us with a physical address or this may delay your order.

DO YOU SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

- We do not ship to multiple addresses.
