ORDER & PAYMENT PROCESSING
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional business day for monogrammed goods. Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Orders are processed and delivered on business days. To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please add order processing time together with the time indicated on your preferred shipping method (i.e. 3 Day, 2 Day, 1 Day, etc).

We accept a wide variety of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Klarna Financing. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We are proud to offer reliable, complimentary shipping within the continental United States on orders over $150 and access to flat rate expedited shipping options. We offer free 3 Day shipping on orders over $250.00. The majority of orders are shipped using UPS but USPS will occasionally be used. For orders outside of the continental United States such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and USVI, we offer shipping via the United States Postal Service. Please note depending on where you are located, Ground delivery times can vary. We are not responsible for unanticipated carrier delays. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please note that we reserve the right to require a signature for delivery on any order. In some cases UPS might take these packages to a UPS Access Point to be picked up. We have no control over this and this is up to UPS’ discretion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship international to select countries via UPS. Please note that your international purchase may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on this site. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information. These costs are not calculated, determined or charged by LAND Leather, are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Please note: In the event an international order delivery is refused by the customer or not deliverable, we reserve the right to not refund the original shipping charges and charge a restocking fee to cover the return shipping and duty taxes to our office.
 
PACKAGING

Your LAND Leather item will arrive packaged in our complimentary cotton dust bag. Smaller items will arrive in a complimentary storage box. In an effort to be more environmental friendly, a copy of your invoice can be downloaded from your order confirmation email. Your item will be securely shipped in an unmarked shipping box, to ensure it doesn't receive any unwanted attention.

LOST PACKAGES

Should your item be lost in transit, please contact us at support@landleather.com. If your order says delivered but you are unable to locate it, we will help you in opening up a claim with the delivery carrier. Please note we are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the delivery carrier but cannot be found. If you would like to add signature confirmation, please let us know before placing your order.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING
While we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, during the months of November and December we do experience a high increase of orders for our small family team. We thank you in advance for your patience should we take just a tad bit longer during these months to ship out your new leather goods.
