TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. For larger orders that consist of 50+ pieces per a single style, please allow us additional time of up to 10 weeks to produce.
2. All sales for corporate gifts and bulk orders are final and non-returnable/refundable.
3. Shipping rates are subject to change depending on when your order is finalized, the location to where the goods are shipping and according to the required delivery date.
4. All payments must be made in full by credit card or ACH transfer prior to the production of the order.
FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Can I add a custom logo?
Please contact us if you wish to use a custom logo. There is a one time setup fee of $75 to have a custom logo dye made which can then be used for all future orders. Custom orders are hand made and can take up to 8 weeks for them to be manufactured. For orders of over 50 pieces please allow us up to 10 weeks.
Is there bulk order pricing?
Yes there is. Please contact us in regards to pricing for quantities over 10 or for information on additional colors available, specifications and additional products.
I have my own design, can you make it for me?
We'd be happy to work with you to bring your idea to life! Simply reach out to us with your specifications and we can get the process started.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers.
Can I ship to more than one location?
Yes, we are able to ship to a single location or to each gift recipient.

We offer free digital mock ups. If you would like a physical sample, we can provide a quote.
