We understand buying online can be hard. Sometimes the color varies, the touch isn't what you expected, the bag may be heavier than what you planned on it being or any other reason. If this is the case, this isn't a problem. After all, our goal is for you to be happy with your LAND Leather purchase. So long as your item is in brand new, unused condition, we can set you up for a return or exchange, minus any shipping charges within 15 days of you receiving the merchandise. All you're on the hook for is the shipping back to our return department. Please see below for full guidelines.
A return authorization request must be received within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Merchandise must not show any sign of being worn and be sent back in original condition with original tags intact and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15%, if the product is not returned in it's original condition with all tags.
Please use a shipping service with tracking and also insure the return for it's value. We are not responsible for any lost or mishandled returns due to shipping.
After approval, item must be returned within 15 days to remain eligible.

- Refunds can be applied to original payment method or as store credit to your online account.
- Exchanges will be automatically applied as store credit to your online account towards the exchanged item. We do not refund the order amount to your credit card for item exchanges.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you when your refund has been processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or as store credit, within 3-5 business days.

Should you wish to return an item that was purchased through one of our valued dealers, please contact the dealer you made the purchase at directly to set up an exchange or return.
Final Sale Items
All special orders, personalized merchandise and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW CAN I GET AUTHORIZATION FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
- Please click the link below and follow the instructions to receive authorization to send your return/exchange in to us. Please note that exchanges will be credited to your online account to be used towards the exchanged item.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your credit card or bank account or to be issued as store credit.

- Merchandise purchased online can only be returned or exchanged through our online store.

- Currently we do not offer return shipping labels. Please use a shipping service with tracking and also insure the return for it's full value. We are not responsible for any lost or mishandled returns due to shipping. This policy also applies to all repairs being sent to us.
