Returns & Exchanges

Change your mind? Need a different color or style? We offer free exchanges and accept returns within 30 days of your order being shipped. So long as your item is in brand new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging, we can set you up for a return or exchange, minus any original shipping charges. Currently, we do not offer free returns. Customers can be supplied a prepaid shipping label which will have a cost of $20.00 deducted from their refund amount (US only) or they can opt to purchase their own return shipping service. Please insure the package for its full value as we are not responsible for any lost or mishandled returns.

GUIDELINES
  • Merchandise must not show any sign of being worn and be sent back in original condition with original tags intact and in its original packaging. 
    • Should the item not be returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
  • Please note: Exchanges are handled as returns and you will need to place an order for the item you wish to receive instead.
  • Customized? It's yours. Monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Monogrammed sales are final.
    • After approval, item must be returned within 15 days to remain eligible.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
    • We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of any return we receive that arrives without a return authorization.
    Please allow us 2-3 business days to process your return or exchange.

      LAND Leather reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy at any time.

      FREQUENT QUESTIONS

      Do you offer free returns & exchanges?
      We do not offer free returns at this time but can supply a prepaid label that is deducted from your refund at a cost of $20.

      Can I return something I purchased in store?
      Should you wish to return an item that was purchased through one of our valued retailers, please contact the dealer you made the purchase at directly to set up an exchange or return.

      How do I return a gift?
      You have 30 days from when the gift is shipped to request a return. Gift returns must still meet our standard return qualifications and can be issued in two ways: 1.) As a store credit in the form of an online gift card, or 2.) A refund to the original payment method.

      Is there a Holiday Gift Return Period?
      Products purchased as holiday gifts after November 30th will be eligible for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card through January 10th. Gift returns must still meet our standard return qualifications.

      What about price adjustments?
      We offer a one-time price adjustment on full price merchandise within 7 days of the date of purchase in the form of a gift card. Marked down and sale merchandise is not eligible for any price adjustment.

      Are there any final sale items?
      All gift cards, special orders, monogrammed merchandise and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. No refunds or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.
