This is my first time using the leather cleaner. It came without a cleaning cloth so I used a sponge. It contains a thickish white substance that has a nice fruity smell.
I've tried the Leather Cleaner & Conditioner only once thus far on a leather satchel bag (from another company) I've had for 5 years. My satchel bag smelled and looked great after using this Land's product on it.

My 9 year old Santa Fe bag has never looked better! The conditioner removed all the smudges from the bag rubbing against clothes over the years.It has left it with a beautiful sheen. I looked around for a while for a well made, quality leather rolling duffel and was about to give up the search thinking it was hopeless. I was looking for a carry-on size bag that was still made big enough and with some extra organizational pockets to allow me to pack a good amount for a long weekend or short trip. This bag did it all, while not sacrificing high quality leather and hardware in the manufacture. The inside and outside pockets are greatly designed, allowing for the organized carrying of extra items without adding too much bulk to the bag. Great product!
